Portfolio Use Policy

At Embroidery Team, we take pride in the work we create for our customers. As part of our commitment to showcasing the quality of our craftsmanship and capabilities, we may document and share select examples of completed embroidery projects through our marketing and promotional channels.

Use of Images and Logos

By placing an order with Embroidery Team, you agree to the following:

• We may photograph completed embroidered items—including those featuring your company name, logo, or custom artwork—for the purpose of promoting our services.
• These images may be used in our portfolio, website, social media, printed materials, advertising, or other marketing content.
• We will never resell or reproduce your design for another client.
• If your artwork or logo is trademarked, we display it only as a sample of the embroidery work performed, not as an endorsement or affiliation.
• Work shown is for demonstration purposes only. Logos are property of their respective owners.

Opting Out

If you prefer not to have your embroidered item or logo featured publicly, you may opt out by:

• Emailing us at kia@embroideryteam.com before or at the time of your order.
• Including a note during checkout or on your quote request that says, "Do not use images of my order for marketing."

We will always respect your decision and exclude your items from any marketing efforts if you choose to opt out.

Respecting Your Brand

We understand the importance of brand protection and customer trust. All shared images are intended to showcase our embroidery technique, not to imply endorsement or partnership with any brand unless such a relationship exists.

If you see an image on our platforms that you’d like removed, just contact us and we’ll address it promptly.
