Pricing

Single Day Events Starting at $1,500

Includes up to 8 hours of on-site embroidery service.

Consecutive Multi-Day Events Starting at $1,200/Day

Multi-day pricing applies when equipment can remain secured indoors overnight.

What’s included

  • Travel time within our Bay Area service radius
  • On-site setup and breakdown
  • Up to 8 consecutive hours per day of live embroidery
  • No limit on piece count during the scheduled service window
  • Commercial embroidery equipment + operator

Important: The event rate covers embroidery completed during the scheduled service window only. If a line forms and not all guests are completed within the scheduled hours, we are not responsible for finishing items after the service day ends.

Any items guests would still like completed can be finished after the event at a per-piece embroidery rate.

Event requirements

  • Access to a standard 110v power outlet
  • A stable table/workspace
  • Covered, dry working environment
  • One sample of each item to be embroidered (provided at least one week prior) so we can bring the proper clamps, stabilizers, and necessary equipment
  • For multi-day events: a secure indoor storage space if equipment will remain overnight
  • A scheduled 30-minute lunch break during the service day (included within the 8-hour window)

Booking & deposit

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date.

Bay Area service area

Embroidery Team serves clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Generally within a 60-mile radius, including San Francisco, the North Bay, Peninsula, South Bay, and Santa Cruz. Typically from Los Gatos to San Francisco and surrounding areas.
