Live embroidery gives guests the opportunity to choose a personalization option, watch it stitched in real time, and leave with a custom keepsake. It works especially well for retail activations, corporate events, grand openings, conferences, and private celebrations.

How live embroidery works

Guests select from a pre-approved menu of names, initials, icons, or designs. Each event is planned around the item, stitch count, guest count, and available event time.

Most personalization averages approximately 10–20 items per hour, per machine, depending on complexity.

Live embroidery service is limited to the scheduled event window. Any remaining items requested beyond the scheduled service period may be completed afterward at our standard per-piece embroidery rate.

Event Requirements

  • ✔ Standard 110v power outlet and internet access
  • ✔ Stable table or workspace
  • ✔ Covered, dry working environment
  • ✔ One sample of each item provided at least one week before the event
  • ✔ Secure indoor storage for multi-day events
  • ✔ 30-minute lunch break during the service day

Booking & Deposits

A 50% or full non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Remaining balances are due three days prior to your scheduled event.

Embroidery Team proudly serves clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, generally within a 60-mile radius of Los Gatos, including San Francisco, the Peninsula, South Bay, North Bay, and Santa Cruz.
