FAQ
How does pricing work for embroidery?
Embroidery pricing is dependent on the following factors:
- The number of stitches in the design. A garment with 2,000 stitches will take much less time on the embroidery machine than a design with 20,000 stitches.
- Pricing is also dependent on the number of garments being embroidered. Depending on quantity, bulk discounts can be available.
- Garments with five or fewer colors in the design are not subject to extra costs. Designs with more than five colors may be subject to additional fees.

What is a setup fee?
If you have never had embroidery done using your company’s logo or a specific design, it must be set up and digitized into the correct format, size, and properties for our machines and the garments you want embroidered.
- Setup fees cover the cost of digitizing your specific logo, tailored assistance with design and garment placement, and any necessary alterations to the logo, including sizing, colors, etc.
- Setup fees vary depending on the complexity of your logo or design and the number of stitches.

What format should I submit my logo?
In order to set up your design properly, we need high-quality files of your logo or design.
Accepted files include: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS.
If your design has already been digitized, please provide a DST, PES, or EMB file.
Can I bring my own items to be embroidered?
Yes, you can bring in your own items to be embroidered. Please ensure they are clean or in unworn condition.
