Custom Order Policy

Deposit Policy

We require at least a 50% deposit to move your quote into production.

Deposits must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your invoice to confirm your order.

Production and turnaround time begin only after the deposit is received and design details are confirmed.

The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your order (upon pickup or before shipping).

Return Conditions

Due to the nature of embroidery, customized or personalized merchandise is non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product is defective, or a production error occurred (e.g., incorrect spelling or design placement caused by our team).

If you provide your own garments, accessories, or other personal items for embroidery, Embroidery Team is not responsible for damage to or replacement of those items, regardless of their monetary value, sentimental significance, rarity or uniqueness.

While we take great care with every item, embroidery involves equipment and processes that carry a small risk of damage. Submitting personal items for embroidery indicates your acceptance of this risk.

We recommend using items purchased through our approved vendors for the most consistent and secure results.

Cancellation Conditions

All cancellations must be pre-authorized by our team.
To cancel an order already approved for production, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order details.
Please include the word “Cancellation” in the subject line of your email.

Cancellations are only accepted if our team is notified within one business day of production approval and if no special-ordered garments have been placed yet. Once garments are ordered and/or sent into production, we can no longer cancel your order.

Shipping charges, rush fees, and setup charges are non-refundable.
Returns or cancellations requested without adequate notice will be subject to a 40% restocking fee for special-ordered garments.
