Return Policy

All returns must be pre-authorized by obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To request a return, please contact us and include your original invoice or order number. Please include the word "Return" in the subject line of your email.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order completion date, provided the item is defective, or covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Due to the nature of embroidery, customized or personalized merchandise is non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product is defective, or a production error occurred (e.g., incorrect spelling or design placement caused by our team).

If you provide your own garments, accessories, or other personal items for embroidery, we are not responsible for damage to or replacement of those items, regardless of their monetary value, sentimental significance, rarity or uniqueness.

While we take great care with every item, embroidery involves equipment and processes that carry a small risk of damage. Submitting personal items for embroidery indicates your acceptance of this risk.

We recommend using items purchased through our approved vendors for the most consistent and secure results.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition, unless the return is due to a defect.
  • Shipping charges, rush fees, and setup charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns submitted without prior authorization may be delayed and are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
